Glasses applesauce, biscuit and milk jam

Ingredients for 2 people: 


20 cl liquid full cream very cold

4 teaspoon vanilla sugar house + a little sugar (optional) 

2 jars of applesauce

6 coarsely crumbled biscuit

4 tablespoons milk jam

Preparation: 


1) Whip the cream until well chilled by adding 4 teaspoons vanilla sugar and a little sugar if you wish. Spread 2/3 of gingerbread into the bottom of 2 glasses (or glasses).

2) Spread a layer of whipped
biscuit jar sauce & jam lait4
then another compote. Lightly heat the milk jam to soften and completely coat with the surface of the glasses.

3) Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve well chilled.
